Floor Mounted Panel Type Service Columns
The carrier part of the Panel Type Service Columns is made of 30 x 60 x 2 mm box profile, the front panels and intermediate traverses are made of Galvanized sheet and after being painted with anti-acid epoxy paint, they are baked at 200 degrees. Column widths are 375 x 80 / 400 x 80 / 450 x 80 / 500 x 80 / 600 x 80 mm, and their heights are in various sizes.
Usage features are similar to Mediacell Type Service columns, only the physical structure is different. Panel Type Service columns are used with Panel Type Service units, which also have physical properties with themselves. In this model, it is not a bench-mounted type, but completely floor-mounted. Their heights also vary according to the height of the counters and the ceiling to which they are attached.
Body block, Gas, Water, Electricity etc. that will come down from the Ceiling. It is designed in such a way that the service lines will be installed in a systematic way. The front panels, on the other hand, are designed independently from the body block, again to be screwed onto the front of the body block, and main shut-off valves, electrical fuse boxes, switchgears, gas regulators and similar breakers are mounted on these panels.

Low Pressure Regulators and main shut-off valves can be safely mounted on the Service Columns so that the Technical Gases that are likely to be used in the benches can be supplied to the devices at the most appropriate pressure, and can be easily intervened when necessary.
It is now much easier to safely and systematically lower the Gas and Electric lines that will descend from the ceiling to the benches, and make their connections with the Main fuse boxes and Regulators in the Panels.

consists of three parts. Carrier Construction, Gas, Water, Electricity etc. to be descended from the ceiling via service columns. They are designed to distribute the service lines to the benches in a systematic and safe manner. With its internal horizontal carriers, both the assembly of the system and the systematic distribution of the installations that will pass through it are provided. The system is completely disassembled.
Front panels, on the other hand, are the sections where Gas, Water, Electric armatures will be mounted. It is produced in standard sizes according to bench lengths and energy unit heights. The connection of the front panels to the Carrier Construction is made with the lower and upper horizontal panels, which are also their own connection parts. It is produced as disassembled so that it can be easily disassembled and installed when necessary.
Shelves are not metal like in Media-cell Type Service units, they are 8 mm thick tempered glass that is safe against breakage. The glass edges are not only grounded, but also have rubber protectors. They are mounted to the carrier construction with specially produced shelf legs. When necessary, single or double shelves can be made according to the unit type, or hanging cabinets can be hung on this part without a shelf.
