Bench Bottom Cabinets are one of the most important parts of laboratory benches. As we will remember from the previous sections, it is the lower cabinets that determine the types of counter tops that we call Hanging, Mobile and Base Type.
Apart from the main models such as Single Door, Double Door and Complete Drawer, we have different cabinet models such as upper parts drawer, lower parts cover, upper parts narrow and lower parts high drawer. These models offer you dozens of different models of cabinet alternatives, without changing the design, by changing only the height, according to the standard counter heights.
In this way, you will have chosen the most useful cabinets for your laboratories with the most suitable models, and you will have made your benches the most functional.
Suspended type bench lower cabinets are hung on the C-Type carrier system with special apparatus. In this way, a gap of 180 mm is formed between the cabinet and the floor. Therefore, the contact of the cabinets with the floor is cut off. In this way, our cabinets do not corrode and allow easy wiping and cleaning of the laboratory floor. Hanging type Cabinets are also very easy and practical to attach and remove. Suspended system cabinet dimensions are completely standard and are produced as single-door and double-door modules. Double-door modules are twice as wide as single-door modules.

Our bench lower cabinets can be produced as Steel and Wood. Our steel cabinets are painted entirely on Galvanized metal with an anti-acid epoxy paint that we have specially produced and baked at 200 degrees.
The covers are double-walled and have two compartments. In this way, the handle screws to be attached to the doors and drawers are not visible from the inside. At the same time, the insulation of the covers is made. Wooden cabinets can be produced from 18 mm thick MDF – Laminate or B1 quality fireproof chipboard. In this case, the cabinet and door edges are made of PVC solid.

Mobile type bench lower cabinets are lower cabinets that can move within the system without being fixed to C-Type carrier legs like hanging cabinets. In this case, the inner rear walls of the C-Type foot are covered with panels and the services passing behind are prevented from being seen. All features and dimensions of mobile cabinets are the same as Hanging type cabinets.
They have been made mobile only by attaching 4 roulette to their lower parts. The roulette's height from the ground is 90 mm and it cuts off the contact with the ground. If desired, we can prevent and fix the movement of our cabinet when necessary, by installing 2 baffled roulette with 2 brakes.
HINGES can be installed optionally with 135 or 270 degrees opening

Apart from epoxy painted steel cabinets and wooden cabinets, we have optional productions with different material alternatives according to the characteristics of the laboratories. Especially in areas where hygiene rules apply, carriers and lower cabinets can be made entirely of Stainless steel.
In this case, Bench surfaces and Sinks will also be Stainless steel. In some private laboratories, we have complete Aluminum productions as in Stainless steel.
Mobile cabinets can be used under the counter or, when necessary, they can be moved out of the counter and used as a cutter.

C-Type carrier system is not used on benches that will have base type counter cabinets. The lower cabinets form the skeleton of the bench to be installed and also act as a carrier. In this case, a service corridor is created by closing the side parts remaining from the cabinet depth with steel panels according to the counter depths. All the features and dimensions of the base cabinets are the same as the hanging type cabinets.
Only by adding 90 mm plinth to their lower parts, they are made with plinth. At the bottom of the bases, there are height and balance adjustment screws made of hard PVC at the places that come into contact with the ground. In this way, the floor contact of our cabinets is interrupted, with a minimum of 20 mm above.
DRAWER RAILS used in all countertop cabinet alternatives are metal and stop rails. Telescopic rails with higher load carrying capacity and opening can be used optionally.

The drawer width dimensions that we use in all under-bench cabinets are generally designed according to single door dimensions. In double-door cabinets, there are two drawers side by side at the top. Only in some cases, a long single drawer or a complete row of drawers are optionally made on top of double-door cabinets.
Apart from this, you can keep your waste tanks with high drawer models, and in some cases you can also use them as a hanging file unit. In such cases, the request of the user is taken into account and the cabinet design is changed accordingly.
HANDLES used in all counter-top cabinet alternatives are 210 mm long matte chrome handles. PVC profile handles that we have specially produced can be used in wooden cabinets upon request.

Each type of hanging cabinet has one adjustable Shelf. It can be mounted directly on the wall as well as on Panel and Media-cell System Energy Units. In this way, especially if the walls to be hung are plasterboard, etc., the cabinets are not moved to the wall.
